we are a walk in barbershop based on walk in and steady client base, est 1902 in the drake hotel and in 1962 moved to its present location on the corner of south Ashland ave and Euclid ave in the Chevy chase area purchased in 1969 by Richard Thomas Cremeans and successfully turned it into a nationally known establishment Richard retired in 2004 after 43 years of barbering it is now presently owned by his sons Richard lee and Thomas Cremeans a continuing family tradition which bring to it 22 combined years experience. Richard lee has been with ashland barbers for 18 years of January 2010 and presently has cut over 69,000 hair cuts in his career
